During a recent Eighty Acres evening stroll I came upon this Slug resting in my flower garden. I snapped this photo with my macro lens and then did a little research on slugs. I discovered they feed on a wide variety of plant leaves including petunias, lilies, daisies, and numerous garden fruits and vegetables. Ahha! I now know why my hosta plants have so many large gaping holes in their leaves. Mystery Solved!
