It was early morning and my steps across Eighty Acres were marked by foot prints I left in the heavy dew. It was a quiet, calm morning, and my only companions were the birds who sang their clear melodic chants. As the sun crested the horizon, the dew turned into a million shimmering diamonds, with each drop trapping a rainbow of colors. When the sun climbed higher in the sky the diamonds slowly disappeared. It was at that moment, I knew the Earth Mother had shared her early morning richness with me, and I had been blessed.
