Swallowed By The Fog


The Earth Mother dressed in all gray this morning, as a heavy wet fog hung over Eighty Acres. While I was sitting quietly in my photo blind a hawk silently glided in and landed atop the dead rabbit. After only a second or two it lifted skyward. I could hear it's wings beating against the heavy air as it rose in the gray sky. I quickly clicked this photo just before the hawk was swallowed by the fog.
