    Don't Eat This?

    A fallen cherry tree on Eighty Acres became the host to this beautifully sculptured and colorful fungi. I attempted to identify this fungi and soon became confused and overwhelmed by the vast variations in the fungi world. My best guess is it's a mushroom called "Chicken In The Woods" and it is edible. I suggested to my wife we should fry up a panful and enjoy these delicious delicacies. She looked at me in bewilderment, gave me "the look" and told me to go ahead and see wh
